On September 16th, 2020, the inaugural meeting and the first member congress of Shandong Sports Industry Federation was held inCityJinan, Shandong Province. Li Hua, chairman of China Federation of sporting goods industry; Wang Yankui, deputy director of Shandong Provincial Sports Bureau; Zhang Peisheng, deputy director of China Association of cultural, educational and sporting goods;Luo Jie, vice chairman and Secretary General of China Federation of sporting goods industryattendedin this important meeting. Nearly 200 members of Shandong Sports Industry Federation and some provincial and municipal media alsoparticipated in the meeting. Bian Zhiliang, member of the National Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of TaishanSportsIndustryGroup, was elected president of the first board of directors and delivered a speechin the meeting.

Shandong Sports Industry Federation is founded by Shandong Sports Industry Development Service Center, TaishanSportsIndustryGroup, Shandong Provincial Hospital, Agricultural Bank of China(Shandong Branch), Hengfeng bank, JinanCulture andTourismDevelopmentGroup, QingdaoImpluse Fitness Groupand other 12 sports and related industry enterprises, institutions and social organizations with good basic conditions, great influence and strong representativeness Famous enterprises in tourism, culture, media, health care, finance, Internet and other related industries were jointly established. At present, there are 478 member units in the first batch, with 11 categories of sports industry covering 16 cities inShandongprovince.

At the meeting, the articles of association, election methods and membership fee management methods of Shandong Sports Industry Federation were deliberated and approved. The first directors and supervisors were elected by voting, and the first president, vice president, secretary general, chief supervisor and deputy chief supervisor of the Federation were elected. Bian Zhiliang, chairman of TaishanSportsIndustryGroup, was elected president of the first board of directors, and Zhai Peijian, director of Shandong Sports Industry Development Service Center, was elected vice president and General Secretary of the first board of directors.
