  • Production Line

    Production process of Taishan Turf inludes 5 production processes, color and UV masterbatch melting, artificial turf fiber extrusion, artificial turf tufting, artificial turf coating and packaging.

    Color and UV Masterbatch Processing

    For processing of color and UV masterbatch, Taishan Turf stands on our own master batch and pigment technology. We can do color matching according to your specific requirement. We aim to satisfy the end users while maintaining our quality as eco, healthy and durable.

    Extrusion Process

    In the extrusion process, high quality artificial turf fiber is depended on the following 4 factors:

    1. Self innovated fiber formula: Taishan Turf, the very first factory from China, owns independent capacity in artificial turf fiber formula. Our technician choose the high quality raw material C6 and C8 to guarantee the durability and weathering property.
    2. Professional and full automatic imported equipment: Taishan owns 14 extrusion lines. We have the brands such as STARLINGER from Austria, SAHM from Germany, RIETER from France who are the most famous machine brands from the whole world. They fully guarantee our artificial fiber in highest quality level in the world. Our production capacity of extrusion is 20 thousand tons.
    3. Standard process during extrusion produces products with steady quality in different batches.
    4. Quality Control System is used in whole extrusion process.

    Coating Process

    Taishan owns 3 coating lines, they are all imported brand and full auto running machine. We have both PU and SBR latex coating from DOW, which is eco, healthy and safe. Annual production capacity is 40 million sqm.

    Quality Control and Testing

    We have tests in whole process of extrusion. Main testing points are fiber width, thickness, dtex, thermal contraction, color, breaking strength and so on. Samples will be saved from each batch. We monitor the entire production process and inspect each sample from different batches of goods regarding the following specifications: pile height, density, dryness, drainage holes, roll size, etc. We have passed UVA340(5000h), LISPORT-XL(6020 circle) in all series products with our own testing machine according to FIFA QC 2015.
