Non-infill artificial turf is a new-generation environmentally friendly synthetic grass specially developed to abandon traditional quartz sand and rubber particle infill materials. Different from conventional filled artificial grass, this turf adopts an optimized three-dimensional grass blade structure and reinforced backing system, requiring no sand or rubber granules during installation and daily use.

• No quartz sand, rubber granules or other auxiliary filling materials are needed throughout the whole construction process. The on-site laying procedure is greatly shortened, and professional filling equipment and construction teams are no longer required.
• Cut overall construction period by more than 40%, effectively reducing manual construction cost, material transportation cost and later laying management cost; it supports rapid paving and puts the site into use immediately after installation.

• Equipped with high-density permeable backing and reserved uniform drainage holes, the turf realizes efficient rapid drainage. Rainwater can seep through the grass layer and backing within seconds without ponding on the surface.
• Adaptable to all rainy weather and seasonal environments; the ground keeps dry all the time, avoiding slippery risks caused by accumulated water and improving site safety for sports and walking.

• Free of rubber particle shedding, dust pollution and harmful gas volatilization problems caused by traditional infill materials. It avoids skin irritation, respiratory discomfort and dirt adhesion to clothes especially for kids and sports players.
